This elevated walkway had reached the point where repairs were no longer the best option. Years of exposure had led to deteriorated guardrails, damaged framing, and deteriorated siding beneath the deck.

We dismantled the existing structure, repaired the affected exterior wall, rebuilt the framing, and installed a brand-new deck and guardrail system. The result is a safe, durable walkway that complements the home while preserving the beautiful view surrounding it.
