BEFORE

This basement started as a typical unfinished lower level—exposed framing, open mechanicals, visible plumbing rough-ins, and minimal thermal protection. This photo was taken in the middle of our fresh slab work but the room was essentially a blank canvas waiting for vision and craftsmanship.

Our approach was to treat this project not just as a build, but as a transformation. Through careful planning, precision framing, and fine finish carpentry, we redefined the space into a warm, functional, and bathroom retreat. Natural cedar wood, clean tile work, custom millwork, and thoughtful lighting all came together to create a space that feels intentional, inviting, and built to last.

Every space—no matter how rough or incomplete—has potential. Sometimes it just takes the right team to see it, design it, and bring it to life.
